I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

The Club is a sharply written play by bestselling author, Chris Bohjalian. It tells the story of the unraveling of the relationships of three sets of neighbors when one of the couple who is black tries to join the neighborhood members-only club. Although the show takes place in the 1960s, it is surprisingly timely with its exploration of marriage, friendship, and racism. At times, it is shocking, surprising, and/or upsetting, and it reminds us once again how in so many ways so little has changed in the past 6 decades or so.

And that's our view. For more about The Club or to purchase tickets, visit www.georgestreetplayhouse.org/events/detail/the-club
