I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Me - The Play That Goes Wrong was a really funny show. It was about people putting on a show where everything bad that could possibly happen did. It was my first play I had ever seen on Broadway. Prior to that, I had only seen musicals, a magic show and a concert. However, I really enjoyed The Play That Goes Wrong. The story was interesting. The acting was really good. I can't believe that they are able to get everything to go exactly as it is supposed to every night so that nobody has been injured during the run of the show (at least that I know of). This shows how talented all the actors and the people who work backstage  are and how good they are at what they do. The set was really cool!  It was great how they moved things around and had things falling down and stuff. I don't want to say too much about that specifically so you'll be surprised if you go. It's more fun that way. The Play That Goes Wrong is definitely a show you have to pay a lot of attention to or you'll miss something. It is an extremely fun show to see and definitely worth seeing!

Mom- The Play That Goes Wrong is a hilarious farce about a group of actors presenting a show that goes spectactularly off the rails. Set doors stick, props disappear and that is only the tip of the iceberg. The characters are quirky and entertaining. The actors that play them are not only talented in their acting but they do their own stunts in this action filled show as well. After all, unlike in Hollywood, you can't call in a stunt double in a Broadway show. The actors should be receiving hazard pay because there are some scary moments when if anything went wrong somebody could end up getting seriously hurt. Kudos to the cast and the actual backstage crew who keeps everything running smoothly. If you ever participated in a theatrical production in any way, you will especially appreciate this show. It's comforting to know that even the worst most problem filled production could not possibly have been as disasterious as what happens in this play. However, even if you never participated in a show of any kind ever in your life, you will still enjoy this very funny show.
