One of the most famous parks in New York, aside from Central Park, is Bryant Park. This park, located next to the Stephen A. Schwartzman Branch of the New York Public Library in Midtown Manhattan, is a hub of activity every season of the year. If you are interested in learning more about this popular park, free tours are available year-round.
On this tour, you can learn about some of the numerous activities the park has to offer, including a variety of sports, several restaurants, arts and crafts activities, a reading room where you can borrow books and magazines, and more. You can also learn about a selection of the many events hosted by the park, including concerts, movies, and lectures. Additionally, you will learn about the park's history and how it went from a haven for drugs and crime to one of New York's crown jewels.
