I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Giveaway: Win a copy of Royal Trivia: Your Guide to the Modern British Royal Family in the Christmas in July Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Christmas in JulyGiveaway Hop

hosted by Review Wire Media

Do you want to get lucky? Just marry a prince and you'll be set for life, right? If there's anything we have learned over the past few years about what it is like to marry into the royal family, it's that their lives aren't a fairy tale any more than ours are. They may not be exactly like us but that doesn't mean they don't have their own trials and tribulations.

Still,  so many of us are endlessly fascinated by the royals, and we love hearing about them and reading about them. If you are one of those people then you will love our giveaway. We are giving away a copy of Royal Trivia: Your Guide to the Modern British Royal Family by Rachel Bowie & Roberta Fiorito. This captivating book doesn't just cover the standard information about the royal family that you've heard a million times before. It digs deep and provides fun tidbits like the names of the Queen's corgis, Kate's favorite emojis, and so much more. For more information, see our previous post Tips for Tuesday - Books: Royal Trivia. Enter to win a copy below:
