I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

So you have already visited a fall festival and you've visited a pumpkin carving exhibit too and you don't know what other fun things to do for the Halloween season.  Why not visit a Halloween Light Show? Many people have visited a holiday light show in December, but probably not as many have visited a Halloween light show, but it is just as fun.

Demarest Farms in Hillsdale, NJ has a dazzling Halloween Light show. It is full of bright beautiful colorful ghosts, skeletons bats and other creatures, and much more. There is even a haunted house and a giant pumpkin. If you tune in to the recommended all Halloween music radio station  as you ride around the exhibit, it will truly enhance your visit.

The whole tour only takes about a half-hour, and it is not really scary so it is great for all ages. It is important to note, that most if not all of the lights are flashing so if someone has a problem with flashing lights, they should probably skip the exhibit. However, if this is not a problem for you, you will probably enjoy this fun exhibit.

And that's our view. For more information about Demarest Farms Halloween Light Show, visit halloweenlightshows.com.

Tune in tomorrow for Theater Thursday.

  1. That is a fun idea, and it looks great too! I didn't realize people could have a Halloween radio station.
