There is so much more to Hip Hop Style than just the things that many people would associate with it like baggy pants, lots of bling, and expensive sneakers. Although obviously, it is not possible to cover everything about a style that has been around for 50 years, in one exhibit, the current exhibit at the Museum at FIT is extremely comprehensive. It includes sports styles, famous fashion designers' styles, and so much more. There are even celebrity-worn items from specific events.  

Other items in the collection include hats,  shoes, jewelry, and bags.  The exhibit is quite extensive. It is also quite fascinating and pops with a wide array of colors.  If you are interested in Hip Hop style you are definitely not going to want to miss it.
