I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Wolf Play is a touching and thought-provoking play about an unconventional adoption gone wrong. Robin desperate to be a mother adopts a child off the internet but it's definitely not exactly legal and her partner, Ash may not be completely on board with the whole thing. Then, there's the child's father who keeps showing up and calling even after he has relinquished his son to Robin and Ash. This is a show that really makes you think about what it is to love a child and be a parent.

The show is extremely well-written and extraordinarily interestingly staged in a way that makes the audience almost feel like a part of the show.  Even though the acting is terrific all-around, Mitchell Winter, who plays the child in the form of a puppet, particularly stands out.  You never for a minute doubt that that puppet is a real child.

The show doesn't offer any easy answers or a nice definitive conclusion. It just breaks your heart and leaves you hanging. However, it is such a beautiful show in every way that you won't want to miss it.

And that's our view. Tune in tomorrow for this week's Sunday Scoop.
