Most of us can only dream of owning a mansion in New
York City, but that doesn't mean we can't read about
them. Stephanie Azzarone's fascinating book Heaven on
the Hudson paints a vivid picture of the mansions of
yesterday in the Riverside Park area of Manhattan as
well as the monuments, marvels, and more of both
yesterday and today in the area. As a resident of the area for
many years, Ms. Azzarone has an extensive knowledge as
well as a great love for her subject as is clearly

My favorite part of New York to visit would be Manhattan Island. I would also like to check out Yankee Stadium and The Statue Of Liberty as well
