What: Ahoy New York Tours & Tasting: A Taste of Mulberry Street Tour
Where: Starts at Churreria
284 Mulberry Street
New York, NY
Who: Tweens and Up
Me: Our A Taste of Mulberry Street Tour was fun. We got to try foods from all different countries. I was surprised that so many different countries' foods could all be found on the same street. My favorite was the pasta. I have always been a big fan of Italian food though anyway. I love foods with a lot of cheese. Although I ended up not liking a lot of the other foods, I did try them all. I sort of liked the spring rolls but, I like egg rolls better. The tour guide, Liz was really nice. We enjoyed talking with her. She's a big fan of Broadway like us. She made the tour especially fun. I really enjoyed it.
Mom - An A Taste of Mulberry Street Tour is like a culinary trip around the world. Although the street is best known for being part of Little Italy and Chinatown, there is much more to it than that. It's like a multiethnic superhighway of food. In the space of a few short blocks, you can find Italian, French, Chinese, Vietnamese, Israeli food and more. You will find a wide variety of tastes that will stimulate your tastebuds in different ways from spicy to sweet and more. Even if you do not love everything you get to try on this fun tour, chances are you will find something that you do.
