I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Giveaway: Win a copy of Postcards from Santa in the Holly Jolly Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Holly Jolly Giveaway Hop hosted by MamatheFox

Postcards from Santa Claus is not just a book about Santa Claus. It is a book about how holiday traditions evolved over the years. That makes it a perfect book for this crazy year when everything may not be like it usually is. It reminds us that all traditions evolve and change over time.  Just because things might be different, doesn't mean we still can't make this the best holiday season we possibly can. If we've got our families and our health that is definitely something to be grateful for.

The book also full of other fun things like interesting trivia and entertaining lists. It is a great addition to any family's holiday reading list. For more about this book, see our previous post Tips for Tuesday - Books: Postcards from Santa. Enter to win a copy below:

Once you have entered our giveaway, hop around to the other blogs listed below to see what other great prizes you can enter to win.

  1. Since we are socially distancing f
we will play it safe and just be my husband and I for Christmas dinner this year. We will drop off gifts on our son and daughter's porches with their presents for the grandkids. Sure will be different to what we are use to but very sad as well. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas!

  2. My relatives are coming in March to celebrate Christmas. I just talk to the kids on the phone right now as it's all I can do. I'm sad, but for now, my niece posted some pics on Facebook for all the family to see.
