I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Always Eat After 7PM: Week 4

This post is the fourth and final post in our series of posts  brought to you by our sponsor, "Always Eat After 7 PM".  Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

Today is the final post about my journey with Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. However, this doesn't mean that my personal journey with this book is over. I'm sure I will be returning to it time and time again not only for its great recipe ideas like Ground Beef Lasagna with Tomato Basil Sauce and Fiesta Chicken Skillet but for when I get off track and need to restart myself on the road to eating the right way not only to lose weight but to be my best self.

Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night. I learned so much from this book. So many things I thought I knew about food and eating the right way were wrong. For instance, I always thought that eating late at night was bad for you. However, I have learned that not only is late night eating okay, it can even be extremely beneficial. “Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late-night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day.”

I am so glad I had the opportunity to receive an advance copy of Always Eat After 7PM and participate in this journey. Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance. You will definitely want to try it for yourself especially if traditional dieting hasn't really worked for you or only works temporarily. Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase.
