I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

If you have a daughter who loves Disney channel, and you want to shower her with something she'll really love than we have a great giveaway for you. Enter our giveaway to win two tickets to a Meet and Greet with Peyton Meyer who plays Lucas on Disney's Channel's Girl Meets World.  The  Meet and Greet will take place at iPlay America in Freehold, NJ on April 30.  For more about Peyton see below.

Peyton Meyer is a teen heartthrob best known for his character of Lucas Friar on the Disney Channel original series Girl Meets World. He has become a staple in the legendary House of Mouse first appearing in the series Dog with a Blog as Wes Manning in 2013 and 2014. Before becoming famous as a teen Disney star, he was your typical American kid, playing baseball on a traveling team in his home city of Las Vegas and hanging out with his two older brother Dillon and Cole.

At age 10 Peyton realized his true dream in life was to be an actor and his mom, Liz helped him to realize that dream by driving him across the desert to auditions in Los Angeles. He got lucky early on landing parts in a Movie Trailer Commercial for Disney and a short film called Shortage. He was also lucky enough to land a role playing a poet in a short film by star James Franco.

Most of Peyton’s fans are obsessed with the continuing love triangle between his character of Lucas and his Girl Meets World co-stars, Riley (Rowan Blanchard), and Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) and as the show jumps into it’s third season, the shows producer promises big changes and big honesty as the cast moves from middle school into high school. Creator and showrunner Michael Jacobs promises a sensitive and touching flow to this seasons episodes and just maybe a resolution in the central character’s love story. The show will be giving an honest portrayal of the difficulties of high school, but all within the framework that Disney audiences have come to expect.

Peyton is excited about the new season of Girl Meets World and a very busy actor in his down time from shooting the popular series. Last year he filmed the movie Gibby in which he played the role of Tommy. Peyton has also found time to work with the educational program, Broadway Break Thru, a New York-based weeklong intensive workshop for children and teens that travels around the country teaching master classes for young aspiring actors. His advice to these young students is simple and to the point, telling them to never give up on their dream, to love school, and to never let the rejection of the audition process get you down.

Peyton Meyer  will be appearing at iPlay America, 110 Schank Road, Freehold, NJ on Saturday April 30, 2016 to order tickets to this event go to  iPlayAmerica.com/special-event/Peyton-Meyer. Enter to win a pair of tickets below:
