I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

  3. I'm not a mom but an aunt and a great aunt. When my niece was about 3 my sister put her into a dance class. I went with them to watch their practice one day. My niece was in her little black leotard and couldn't wait to get to the gym where they practiced. When we walked in, she saw a friend of hers and ran up to her. I went over to her to help her take her coat off. As I helped her out of the first sleeve, she said to her friend, "Hey Jenny, want to run around before the teacher gets here?" It was all I could do not to laugh but I just shook my head no, because I couldn't talk, I was afraid I'd start laughing if I opened my mouth lol :)

  4. My daughter recently was playing with a helium balloon, and the string got wrapped around her leg. Every step she took the balloon followed right behind her and bonked her on the head. She started running and yelling, absolutely terrified that the balloon was chasing her... I'm just a mean mommy because it was hysterically funny and couldn't stop laughing!

    1. I know it's mean but sometimes the things that frighten little kids are amusing. My daughter used to be afraid of Rosie O'Donnell. Thanks for visiting Says Me Says Mom and for your comment.
