Recently, 54 Below paid homage to the musicals of 50 years ago with a salute to the 1975 Broadway season. The show celebrated not only big hits like The Wiz and A Chorus Line, but also flops like The Lieutenant and Boccaccio, the latter of which only played one performance. Performers associated with the shows appeared and relayed stories of their experiences, while mostly younger performers sang songs from the shows.
