I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Who is Jimmy Pants? is the second of three shows in the York Theatre's current New2NY series. The production is an engagingly tongue-in-cheek take on overly serious bio musicals. Both the book and the score of the show are extremely cleverly written. The songs have a sweet old-fashioned earnestness, but if you listen carefully, they are rather ridiculous in a playful way.

The show is enhanced by the quality of the performances. The actors are terrific in their roles, and you can tell they are really having fun with the material. This makes the whole thing even more fun for the audience. It is all delightfully irreverent and incredibly hilarious from beginning to end. You won't want to miss it!
