I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

South is Florencia Iriondo's musical about one woman's journey from her early life in the Southernmost tip of Argentina to the gritty streets of New York City. Even if you don't ordinarily care for solo musicals. we would highly recommend this one. Ms. Irondo's warm and engaging personality immediately draws the audience into her story. Her songs are quite appealing as well. Every one of them is deeply meaningful and is a complete story in and of itself. The show, on the whole, is all about family and developing a sense of belonging.  Even if you are not Argentinian or an immigrant, anyone can find relatable aspects of her story. By the time, she actually feeds the audience, they've already been won over, but that just makes them love her even more. Her cake is delicious, by the way! We can't wait to see what she cooks up next literally and figuratively!

And that's our view. For more about Florencia Iriondo, visit her website at www.florenciairiondo.com. The show will also be available for streaming for 24 hours only on December 1, 2023 for more about that or to reserve tickets, visit www.eventbrite.com/e/florencia-iriondo-south-tickets
