Welcome to the In All Things Give Thanks Giveaway Hop
hosted by Mama the Fox
We should be grateful for the useful advice we are given and the
lessons we learn. Of course, not all advice is good and not all lessons are equal. Math and science and all those other subjects, we learn may be
important, and let's face it a lot of what we learn in those subjects we are
never really going to use in our lives anyway, but they are leaving out a lot
of important practical lessons about living our lives in those schools. We need to learn things
like how to live our best most confident lives and how to treat other people.
They don't teach enough about those kinds of things in school but they are
covered in Dr. Richard Gary Shear's useful book of advice Everything We Should
Have Taught You in High School But Never Did. If everyone lived by the
principles set forth in this book, the world would be a better happier place.
