I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Tips for Tuesday - Books: The Accident & Misc: Burnout

We may have been given one or more of the books and/or other products listed below for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.
Books: The Accident

Mom - Today we are recommending The Accident by Donna M. Zadunajsky. A car accident changes the lifes of several people including a police officer with a big secret and a woman whose abusive husband may or may not have been killed in the wreck. This big moves along quickly. Even though at times when you are reading this book, you may be able to predict where the story is heading that doesn't make the end any less sweeter. If you like simple books with a good story, interesting characters, and an ending that completely ties up all the lose ends in a satisfying manner, you will enjoy this book.

Misc.: Burnout

Mom's view: Today we are recommending Burnout Mugs. Burnout mugs are temperature regulating travel mugs. Not only do they keep hot drinks warm for hours, they instantly cool down to the perfect temperature for drinking as soon as you pour your drink in. No longer do you have to choose between burning your mouth or drinking your hot drinks cold. If you love a good hot drink or you are frequent coffee or tea drinker, you are definitely going to want one of these mugs!

And that's Mom's view. Tune in tomorrow for Where-To-Go Wednesday.

  1. Sounds like a very interesting book here, a bit of mystery rolled up with a who or what.
