I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Tips for Tuesday: Misc: Laurie Berkner's Favorite Classic Kid Songs: Plus Your Chance to Win a copy of this CD!

We were given a copy of Laurie Berkner's Favorite Classic Kids Songs for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.
Me -  Today I am recommending Laurie Berkner's Favorite Classic Kids Songs . It is a really cute album for kids. When I was little, I would have loved to have this album. Some of my old favorite Laurie Berkner songs are on this album along with a lot of really popular kids songs. Listening to this album was very nostalgic for me. Any young kid would be really happy listening to this album. It is so much fun!

Mom - Today I am also recommending Laurie Berkner's Favorite Classic Kids Songs. I can't tell you the last time I enjoyed listening to an album as much as I enjoyed listening to this one. It brought back so many memories of when my kids were little. Laurie Berkner is one of the most popular children's performers around for good reason. Her music is so fun and entertaining that even most adults won't get sick of it after listening to it over and over again. Her Favorite Classic Kids Songs album is filled with songs that children have loved for years including nursery rhymes like Old King Cole and Sing a Song of Sixpence, old favorites like Shoo Fly and She'll Be Coming Around the Mountain and some of Laurie's most popular original hits like Victor Vito and We Are the Dinosaurs. There is not a bad song on the album. Even though many of these songs or at least a version of them have appeared on other Laurie Berkner albums that still doesn't take away from how entertaining and full of fun this album is. It would make a create addition to any child's music library.

Although it was very nostalgic for us, and we had a lot of fun reviewing this album, unfortunately and a little bit sadly for me, even our youngest member has aged out of Laurie Berkner fandom. However, lucky for you, our loyal readers, we will be giving away our review copy of this album.  To enter to win.  Fill out the Rafflecopter below. For an inteview with Laurie Berkner see our post this upcoming Saturday, February 13, 2016.
