I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

What: Anything Can Happen in the the Theater The Musical World of Maury Yeston

Where:York Theatre
            Theatre at St Peter's Church
            619 Lexington Avenue
            New York, NY

Who: Recommended for Ages 15 and Up

When: Through December 29, 2019

Mom's view: Anything Can Happen in Theater is a musical review made up of Maury Yeston songs. Maury show's include Grand Hotel, Titanic, Nine and Phantom (yes that Phantom, but no not that show; this is a different version of The Phantom of the Opera story).  The show consists of songs from these shows as well as songs from some of Yeston's lesser known shows including some that have never have been produced on Broadway. It is an extremely pleasant evening (or afternoon) of song and dance performed by a quartet of talented performers. Even if you unfamiliar with Maury Yeston or his songs or even if you don't think you like Maury Yeston songs, this show is still worth seeing because their presentation in this show is so delightful.

And that's Mom's view.
