Mom - For many of us the saying we laugh because if we didn't we'd cry has never been more true. That's why late night talk show hosts and their scathing political commentaries have never been more important. They give us a sense of community, a sense of we are all in this together. Will Durst is a political satirist. His show, Durst Case Scenerio: Midterm Madness, now playing at The Playroom Theater in New York City does the same thing only better because not only is it a kind of catharsis but it is one you can actually share with a bunch of like minded people and not just virtually through your television set, computer or some other electronic device. If you voted for Donald Trump and would again and you actually like the direction in which this country is heading, you probably aren't going to enjoy this show. In fact, at the performance I attended one person walked out. However, if are on the other side of the fence, then you would not only enjoy this show, you need it.
