I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Funny Friday - Pacifier Lies

Me -

When I was little my Mom was always tearing up the newspaper ads when she was done with them. I wanted to do it too, but I was always putting them in my mouth. I was only allowed to help tear up the ads, if I  had a pacifier in my mouth. So one day, I had a pacifier in my mouth and we were tearing up the newspaper ads so I spit out the pacifier and put the ads in my mouth.

Mom-

I told Aurella she could only have a pacifier if she was in the car or going to sleep so she said "Aurella sleep!"

"Is Aurella really going to sleep?" I asked.

Aurella nodded.

"No, you're not." I said. "Do you think Mommy is stupid?"

"Stupid, mommy." said Aurella.
