I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Still More Theater Saturday - FAMEHUNGRY

We received complimentary tickets to FAMEHUNGRY for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

What: FAMEHUNGRY

Where: SoHo Playhouse
              15 Vandam St.
               New York, NY

Who: Recommended for Ages 14 and Up

When: Through February 8, 2025

In FAMEHUNGRY, Louise Orwin both comments on and panders to TikTok. It is a fascinating piece of performance art that really makes you think about the whole idea of social media and fame and how silly it all is. However, unless you are a huge fan of performance art, a teenager, or somebody excessively fond of the ridiculousness that is TikTok, the whole thing gets extremely tedious way before the 75-minute run time of the show is over.

And that's our view. For more about FAMEHUNGRY or to purchase tickets go to https://www.sohoplayhouse.com/now-playing/famehungry

Tune in tomorrow for this week's Sunday Scoop.
