Blind Injustice is an extremely hard-hitting and heartbreaking opera that calls attention to the plight of people convicted and imprisoned for crimes that they didn't commit. The show was presented by MasterVoices. It's based on a book by former prosecutor turned advocate, Mark Godsey and follows the efforts of the Ohio Innocence Project to overturn the convictions of six people wrongfully convicted of crimes. It is impossible to see this show and not be deeply affected. It should be required viewing for anyone who doesn't believe or understand how important it is to reform our justice system.
And that's our view. For more about MasterVoices or to find out what they will be doing next, visit www.mastervoices.org
