I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Tips for Tuesday - Books: I Knew You Were Trouble & Misc.: Baebody

We may have been given complimentary copies and/or access for review purposes to any products, and/or visual or audio media mentioned below. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

Books: I Knew You Were Trouble

Today we are recommending I Knew You Were Trouble by Pip Fox. Charlie's life is a mess. She's just been dumped, and she's homeless and jobless. Then, she gets a job on a farm, and not one but three guys take an interest in her. Suddenly, her future starts looking much brighter.  Although this book features the annoying trope of a smart girl acting stupid when it comes to men, there is a lot to like about it. Charlie is a kindhearted likable character, and the book is filled with plenty of other kindhearted likable characters as well. There is plenty of found family. There is also some sweet romance although not enough of it. However, overall, it is an enjoyable read.

This book will be released on June 1.
