I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Giveaway: Win a copy of The Cut of Pride in the Hello Spring Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Hello Spring Giveaway Hop
hosted by Chatty Patty's Place and Review Wire Media

This is the third in our series of giveaways in tribute to the late Square One Publishing author, James Misko. This time we will be giving away a copy of The Cut of Pride. In this book, a young man named Jeff finds himself working on a mink ranch in order to save money for college. In the present time when everything in life seems so hard, this is a book about people who really have to do hard labor. While the book is full of unique and interesting characters, at times it gets a bit overly descriptive about the killing of the minks and more so if you are overly sensitive, you might not want to read it. However, if that doesn't bother you for more information, see our previous post Tips for Tuesday - Books: The Cut of Pride. Enter to win a copy below.

    1. I've been reading too, but I usually do anyway. I am not much of a baker though although my husband used to bake and my daughter sometimes bakes. Thanks for visiting Says Me Says Mom and your comment. Stay well!
