I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

A Thousand Lifetimes: The Story of a Woman and Her Dog: Both Sides of the Tale by [Reich, Maria]

Pets are more than just pets. To most people, they are beloved members of the family. No matter how many pets you own in your lifetime each one is special and unique in its own way. A Thousand Lifetimes: The Story of a Woman and Her Dog Both Sides of the Tale  by Maria Reich is the story of one woman and and her dog. Celeste was a deaf pitbull that nobody wanted until Maria. This is the story of how the two bonded and of their lifetime together. It is uniquely told through the alternating perspectives of Maria and Celeste. It is also the story of the other people and pets who were a part of their lives. However, at its center is the story of Maria and Celeste. Anyone who has ever loved an animal will be able to relate to this beautiful story. For more about this book, see our previous post Tips for Tuesday: Books: A Thousand Lifetimes.
