The Stray is the story of a family whose lives are completely changed when a stray dog comes to live with their family. Connor Corum (CC) is the film's 10 year old star.
When did you decide you wanted to be an actor?
CC: As soon as I had my first audition (Heaven is for Real), I told my mom “I definitely want to be an actor”.
What was your first film?
CC: Heaven is for Real
Do you enjoy working with other kids in films?
What was it like working with a dog in a movie?
CC: It was pretty fun; we had to take more takes than usual, because the dog sometimes wouldn’t listen. LOL
Do you have any other movies coming out soon or are you working on any other movies now?
CC: Not right now, but hopefully soon.
What is your favorite movie and/or what movie would you loved to have been in?
CC: The Sandlot
Who are some actors you admire?
CC: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Greg Kinnear
Do you want to continue acting when you are older and if not or if you couldn't continue acting what would you want to do instead?
CC:Yes, I’d like to continue. If something changes, I’m interested in cinematography and engineering.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to do what you do
CC: Just keep trying, it takes luck and skill.
