I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Our view: If you find yourself in the Pocono Moutains of Pennsylvania and you like chocolate, don't miss Callies Candy Kitchen. Not only is fresh delicious candy made right on the premises, but you can also see a candy making demonstration. Plan your trip in advance and be sure to call ahead to find out when candy making demonstrations will be given. Due to Mr. Callie's advanced age, he is does not give the demonstrations as often as he used to. There is also a Callie's Pretzel Factory where they make soft and hard pretzlels and gourmet flavored popcorn right on the premises. However, that is closed until the spring.
