I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Stormwind Alpaca Farm

What:
Stormwind Alpaca Farm

Where: 1862 Jacksonville Jobstown Rd.
             Columbus, NJ

Who: Tweens and Up

Stormwind Alpaca Farm is small but fascinating. Although at one time, the farm contained approximately twenty or so alpacas at a time, currently there are only three. The owner of the farm is quite friendly and informative. You will have the opportunity to get very close to the alpacas and observe them. As long as you are calm and quiet and don't bother them, they will not bother you, and you can get pretty close and get a good look at them. We definitely would not recommend bringing any babies and/or small children to the farm because they tend to be loud and/or like to run around and touch things. The farm is not a petting zoo and you will not be allowed to interact with the animals other than to observe them so if you are looking for more direct interaction with the animals, we would recommend going some place else instead. At the farm, there is also a small store where you can purchase, alpaca fur products and/or other small crafts.

And that's our view.

Tune in tomorrow for Theater Thursday.
