If you are interested in a family friendly very unique theatrical experience, and you're not afraid of a little loud noise (or a lot of loud noise) you would probaby enjoy Stomp. Stomp is not a show with a plot, spoken dialogue or songs. It is a show that explores different ways to make music without using actual instruments. It is recommended for ages 8 and up, and it has been running Off Broadway in New York City since 2009. There have also been numerous touring productions one of which will be stopping at the State Theater New Jersey located at 15 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ from Friday January 11 through Saturday January 12, 2019. Not really a show-goer. I think the thing that might come closest is a reptile show I attended with my sons at a local college. The cobra got away. That was thrilling!

DeleteDon't really think any of my shows have been unique. I saw Sal Valentineti at iPlay, which was a unique performance for me to see. I also saw a Cirque performance which was amazing. Other than that, mostly concerts and such, nothing this amazing. I've always been drawn to drums and such. Love when the kids Drill Teams march in the local parades.
