I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Tips for Tuesday - Books: The Path of the Wind

We have been given a copy of the below mentioned book for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

Mom - Today I am recommending The Path of the Wind by James A. Misko.  Miles Foster never wanted to be a teacher in a little town like Tamarack. He wanted to teach in a big city like Portland. However, once he starts teaching in Tamarack, he becomes so dedicated to his students that he is determined to see that each student gets the education he deserves no matter how much the superintendent and the school board fight his every move and constantly threaten his job.  Although this book is a work of fiction, it is very inspirational. Miles Foster is a great role model for anyone wanting to go into the field of teaching, and the kind of teacher that every student deserves.

And that's our view. Tune in tomorrow for Where-To-Go Wednesday.
