I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Giveaway: Win Riverdale: The Complete First Season in the Gobble Til You Wobble Giveaway Hop!

This post may contain affilate links. If you click on a link and make a purchase, we will be compensated.

Welcome to the  Gobble Til You Wobble Giveaway Hop hosted by Review Wire Media
For this giveaway, we will be giving away a copy of the complete first season of Riverdale on DVD. Riverdale is a darker version of the Archie comic strip. The series includes all the characters you've know and loved including Archie, Betty, Veronica and Jughead and more. Even the characters of  Josie and her pussycat bandmates are part of the show. However, it shows a different side of these characters than you are used to. Riverdale is about the darker underside of the overly sweet town portrayed in the comic books. In this world, Archie has an affair with his teacher Miss Grundy, who in this version is young and beautiful. Veronica's father spends time in jail because of his involvement in an embezzlement scandal. Jughead is an outcast and his father is part of a motorcyle gang. For more, watch the series. Enter to win a copy below:

  2. As a teen back in the 70's, I read those crazy 'love gone wrong' comic books, lol. They were geared toward teen girls. A parody of some of those might be funny (they were very melodramatic!!)
