I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Giveaway: Win One of Two Copies of Call Me Sunflower in the Pumpkin Patches and Wins Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Pumpkin Patches & Wins Giveaway Hop brought to you by The Hopping Bloggers!

Each giveaway has a value of a minimum of $15, however some are worth much more. Be sure to enter to win all of them because there is no limit to how many you can win. GOOD LUCK!

Pumpkin patches bring to mind the character of Linus from Peanuts and the way he would sit in that pumpkin patch every year waiting for that Great Pumpkin that never came because it didn't exist. Sometimes, you just really want to believe in something no matter how much it seems that it can't be possible. That is the way, it is for the character of Sunflower (Sunny) Beringer in the novel, Call Me Sunflower by Miriam Spitzer Franklin. After her mother moves, Sunny and her sister across the country to live with their grandmother, Sunny is convinced she can get her parents back together and restore her life and family to the way it was. For more about this book perfect for ages 8-12, see our previous post Tips for Tuesday: Call Me Sunflower. Enter to win one of two copies below.

Giveaway Dates 9/22-10/6

Giveaway Open to Ages 18+ US Only

ARV: $15.99

Once you have entered our giveaway, hop around to the other blogs listed below to see what other great prizes you can enter to win.
