Me - The Trial of Typhoid Mary was at the New York Historical Society. It was an interactive show put on by LiveINTheater. It was the second LiveINTheater show I have seen. The other was the Pinkertonian Mystery. I liked that one better, but this one was fun too. We were trying to decide if Typhoid Mary should be quarantined for the rest of her life or if she should be set free. In the beginning some of the actors were walking around pretending to be from newspapers and asking people questions. One asked me a question and I said "I don't know." He asked me my name and asked if he could quote me on that. I said "Sure." This other guy asked me a different question and asked if he could quote me on that. I said "No." Then, we had to go around the museum and question different characters. After we had a chance to question all the characters, we had a trial. The kids got to be on the prosecution, on the defense or part of the jury. I was part of the jury. We found her guilty. Afterwards, the guy told us that we were the only group to find her guilty. All in all it was fun to be a part of this interactive show.
