I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Funtivity Friday - Find It

Here is a fun game to play. Pick a category. Everybody has to find something in the room or in the house or wherever you decide the parameters of the game are that fits the category. You can make the categories easier or harder  depending on the ages of the children you are playing with.

Here are some categories we came up with:

1) Find something that is particular color.
2) Find something that there is 1 of or 2 of or 3 of or whatever number of.

3) Find something of particular shape.
4) Find something of a particular size.

5) Find something that has a particular texture.

6) Find something that smells.

7) Find something that tastes.

8) Find something that makes a sound.
9) Find something that has words.

10) Find something that has to do with sports.

What other categories can you think of?

Enjoy!

Tune in Sunday for this week's Sunday Scoop.
