The David S. and Ruth L. Gottesman Hall of Planet Earth at the American Museum of Natural History is located in the Rose Center for Earth and Space. Here you can learn everything you want to know about the Earth, including what it is made up of, how it was formed, and why humans can live on it.  There are numerous rocks, specimens, and fossils on display. There are plenty of interactive maps, charts, and other exhibits too.

You can also learn about volcanoes and earthquakes here. Plus, there is a whole section of the exhibit devoted to climate change, including interactive exhibits detailing how it is caused, what results from it, and ways to slow it down.
