I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Still More Theater Saturday- Hadid

We received a complimentary ticket to Hadid for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

What: Hadid

Where: 59E59 Theaters
             59 E. 59 St.
             New York, NY

Who: Recommended for Ages 12 and Up

When: July 10, July 15, July 21

In her one-woman show, Hadid, actor and playwright Michelle Cohn imagines herself as the made-up, lesser-known sibling of the famous Hadid sisters.  Cohn not only takes on the role of the imaginary sister, Helena, but also plays Bella, Gigi, and their mother. This amusing show tackles some serious subjects in a fun way, including sibling rivalry, the price of family loyalty, and what it's like to always have to subjugate your wants and needs to others' wants and needs.

And that's our view.  The remaining performance of Hadid at 59E59 Theatres is sold out, but for more about the show, which is part of 59E59's East to Edinburgh Festival and will soon be heading to said festival, or to purchase tickets to see it there, visit www.edfringe.com/tickets/whats-on/hadid

Tune in tomorrow for this week's Sunday Scoop.
