I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

The 15th Annual Joe Iconis Christmas Extravaganza is such a fun and joyful show to watch during the holiday season. This was the first year I have been privileged to see it,  and it did not disappoint. This was more of a concert than a show, although many cast members played characters. There were also a few overarching storylines that carried through the performance, all of which were extremely silly and highly entertaining.

The music was a combination of some classic holiday songs and many Joe Iconis originals. The entire cast of performers sang beautifully. Those who are fans of Joe Iconis’s work would likely have recognized many familiar faces among them. My only complaint is that due to the large cast size, certain performers weren’t featured as prominently as others, and I wish that some of them could have played a larger role. Overall, though, this was the perfect show to get you into the holiday spirit, or just to give you an enjoyable night of theatre.
