I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Where-To-Go Wednesday - Color Factory

What: Color Factory

Where: 251 Spring Street
             New York, NY

Who: All ages

Me - I had a good time at Color Factory. It was fun. There were a lot of unique exhibits, most if f not all, were interactive. I really enjoyed them. There was a whole hallway full of brightly colored pins. You had to pick one, and then later you would find out something about the color you picked. There was a playground with a ball pit and swings and stuff. I was mostly too old for it although I did go on the swings. Little kids would love it, however. There was a place where you could play music. There was a room where you could dance. I don't dance, but the room was pretty. There was a lot more to do as well. They even had some food you could try including macaroons, gelato, and fruit-flavored caramel corn. I tried it all, but I didn't really like any of it. The Color Factory is a whole new delightful way to experience color!

Mom - Color Factory is a world full of bright beautiful hues. Stepping into any room here is like walking into a lovely picture. If you enjoy selfies you'll want to take plenty of them.

It is not just about your sense of sight, however. There are plenty of opportunities to engage your other senses as well. There are foods to taste,  instruments to play and listen to, and so much more. Every room provides a complete and unique immersive experience. Not everyone will love everything about Color Factory, but just about anyone can find at least something to like here.

And that's our view. For more information about Color Factory or to purchase tickets, visit colorfactory.co.

Tune in tomorrow for Theater Thursday.
