I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Where-To-Go Wednesday - Museum Hack: The Completely Unofficial & Definitely Unlicensed Boy Wizard Tour

We were given a free Museum Hack Completely Unofficial & Definitely Unlicensed Boy Wizard Tour for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own.

What: Museum Hack's Completely Unofficial & Definitely Unlicensed Boy Wizard Tour

Where: Metropolitan Museum of Art
1000 Fifth Avenue at 81st St.
             New York, NY

Who: Ages 16 and up

Me - Museum Hack's Completely Unofficial & Definitely Unlicensed Boy Wizard Tour was the most pun filled tour I've ever been on which was lovely. Who doesn't love a good pun especially when they're Harry Potter related? Anything that has to do with Harry Potter is automatically something that I would expect to be fun, but this tour exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Kristina, had a bubbly and friendly personality which was infectious and kept everybody in a good mood. Although the tour was approximately an hour and a half, the enjoyment I was having made it seem much quicker. The only downside was my legs were killing me, but that was mostly because I had been walking a lot before the tour started. Not only were there games and prizes, but the tour imparted historical knowledge in a way that tied in a classic children's series and made it more fun. To sum up, I would recommend this tour to anybody who loves history, Harry Potter, a large quantity of puns, and most importantly,  anybody who is looking for a great way to spend a few hours.

Mom - Museum Hack's Completely Unofficial & Definitely Unlicensed Boy Wizard Tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is quite possibly the most fun tour you'll ever take. It's not exactly a licensed Harry Potter tour, but anyone who loves Harry Potter will definitely love this tour. It is full of magic and charm (s). You'll be admitted to a magical school, you'll go on a quest to find cursed objects and more. You could not possible have more fun unless you actually found yourself in the world of Harry Potter. The tour won't be completely irreverant, however. You will learn real information about some of the objects in the Metropolitan Museum 's vast collection. However, you will be learning them in a such an entertaining way that even if you don't like museums or learning, you will still have a good time. Nobody ever said visiting a museum had to be stuff and boring. With Museum Hack, visiting a museum can be greatly enjoyable for anyone. Well, that is except for children under 16. Children under 16 are not permitted on  a Museum Hack Tours because some of the subject matter may not be appropriate for them. For anyone over 16, however, I would highly recommend this extremely engaging tour.
