I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

A twist of fate has brought these two couples to the same hotel on the same night. For more information about 1 Night go to our previous post: Tips for Tuesday: 1 Night. 1. I'll go with the first one that came to mind: "Only You," starring Marisa Tomei and Robert Downey Jr.
This movie is sweet, funny, and lovely. Bonnie Hunt co-stars, and there's a great element/theme of female friendship. It also has a beautiful soundtrack, and OH YEAH-- it's set in various places throughout ITALY! *swoon*

  22. (I'm afraid I'll have to rush through this comment/post a bit, as I need to go and run errands soon! ...This could prove to be a challenge for me, as I love all things creative-- and I love brainstorming!)

*** IDEAS FOR FUNTIVITY FRIDAY! ***
-- Create a set of greeting cards and envelopes (there are plenty of free templates available online-- check out Pinterest!), to keep on-hand. People love getting handwritten notes/letters in the mail!
-- Try making some homemade candles! These really don't really don't require [m]any fancy supplies. You can melt down old "candle scraps," purchase a few cheap ones at a thrift store, or even use crayons!
-- Make some pretty/decorative garland! There are all different kids, and the sky's the limit when it comes to variations! You could use artificial or paper flowers, or beads, or Pom-Poms, or... anything you want!
