Me - I used to like video games. I had a lot of DS games, some computer games and a few Wii games. I had a Littlest Pet Shop video game. I had two Hello Kitty games. I had a bunch of Zhu Zhu video games. I had a bunch of Dora The Explorer video games, but then, I got rid of some because I didn't like her any more. My favorite video game was a My Little Pony game. I had gotten it for my birthday. I had also got a bunch of other video games I had gotten for my birthday. I got Cooking Mama 2: Chop and Shop. I got Silverlicious. I got Moshi Monsters. I got a Barbie game. I got Zoobles. All of those are DS games. Me and my sister used to trade DS games but I always wanted mine back. She never wanted to give them back. Mom got mad because we were always fighting about it. Later, we just shared DS games. I had a bunch of learning games for my computer. I had three Nickelodeon games for the Wii. Later, I got some more Wii games. Now, I mostly play games on my iPod or my Mom's iPad.
Mom - I am not now, and I have never been big on video games. I don't like violent games. I don't like games about aliens and creatures. I don't like games about other worlds. I don't like sports game. I do like sports at least some sports like hockey and baseball. I was just never very good at those games. I like game shows games like Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. I used to have a whole bunch of them for the computer. I haven't really played any of those in a while though. Not since before I was married and had kids. We are hoping to get some of those for our Wii sometime though. I like games where you can do real things like take care of a baby or sell clothes or something. I don't really play these type of games, but my girls did. I like games where you can learn things. They never really had games like this when I was young. My girls played them though. Luckily, they liked learning games too. I like games where you can accomplish something like learning a language or getting exercise. I have a Wii fit. I have had it for a quite a while, but I haven't learned how to use it yet. I'll have to ask my kids about that. Kids always seem to know everything about video games without even having to be taught. I never did though. I must have been one of the few that didn't. Of course, video games were not as popular when as was a kid anyway.
And that's our view. What is your favorite video game?
Tune in tomorrow for Tips for Tuesday.
