I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Giveaway: Win a copy of Buyer Beware in the Scaredy Cat Giveawaay Hop!

Welcome to the Scaredy Cat Giveaway Hop

hosted by Mama the Fox and Mom Does Reviews

Houses, like people, have history and keep secrets. Most of the time, that history is pretty ordinary and doesn't really affect future owners, except maybe in an annoying way, like when an appliance immediately has to be replaced. However, sometimes that history is darker, and those secrets run deep. That is the case in the novel Buyer Beware by Catherine Ryan Howard.

In this book, Ellie is eager to forget her past and start fresh, but her new home might not be the respite she was looking for.  Something is definitely not quite right about it!
