I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Tips for Tuesday - Books: The New Girlfriend

Book: The New Girlfriend
The New Girlfriend: A totally gripping and addictive psychological thriller by [Sheryl Browne]

Today I am recommending The New Girfriend by Sheryl Browne. After Cassie's son, Josh dies in a tragic accident, Kim shows up claiming that she is Josh's girlfriend and is expecting his baby. Cassie sets out to learn the truth about Kim while trying not to reveal her own secret in the process. There is so much going on in this story that sometimes it is hard to keep track of it all. The plot and characters are interesting, however, and it does keep you wanting to read. Overall, the story is intriguing and although in some ways you may be able to guess where the story is heading in other ways it will still surprise you.
