I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Me & Mom - Garden Bros Circus was very small. However, there were a lot of things for kids like bounce houses, and face painting and animal rides. There were pony rides, and camel rides and elephant rides. The show itself was not very long, but there was a long preshow and intermission. They had some interesting acts like a lady that could shoot an arrow with her feet and a guy who could hold up a guy riding on a motorcycle. There were some acts that you see in a lot of circuses like a juggler and clowns. The clowns mostly weren't very funny, but the one clown did this really cute act with a dog who was dressed up as a panda. There were not any tightrope walkers or trapeze artists or anything like that although there were a couple of high flying acts. The two best acts were a magic act and an elephant act. In the magic act, a women kept instantly changing into different outfits. Most of her outfits were really nice too. We wouldn't mind having dresses like those. The elephants were really cute, and they did some really cool tricks. It was good to see elephants because we really missed them the last time or two we ever got to see Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus. We love animals in the circus. However, in this circus only the little dog in the clown's act and the elephants really performed. The other animals were only there to give kids rides. Over all, it was good to see a circus again, but makes us wish circuses were like they used to be.
