Our view: If you love. Jim Parsons in The Big Bang Theory don't miss the opportunity to see him live in this limited run Broadway show. If you take your religion extremely seriously and cannot find the humor in it, you may not like this show. If not, you will probably find this show wherein Parsons as God is updating the Ten Commandments very funny. If you prefer to see him in his regular role of Sheldon Cooper in The Big Bang Theory don't worry, there are a lot of striking similarities between that character and the one he portrays here. After all, Sheldon Cooper does seem to have a God complex in a lot of ways. This is not a good show for young children as much of it would go over their heads and they would be bored although it is fine for teenagers who would probably enjoy it. If you are a long time fan of Saturday Night Live and wondered whatever happened to Tim Kazurinsky, you will find him here. He and Christopher Fitzgerald as the archangels, Gabriel and Michael respectively round out the trio in this three person cast. They provide hilarious support to Jim Parsons in the title role. It is definitely a show worth seeing, and if you want to see it you better go soon. The show will only be running until August 2 and then Parsons will be off to film another season of his hit show.
And that's our view. Tune in tomorrow for another Talking Topic.
