Me - Improv4Kids, wow! Improv4Kids was really funny! The actors were really talented. I liked that there was a lot of audience participation. Both my sister and I got to participate. Pretty much everybody who wanted to participate got to. There was one boy there celebrating a birthday. They sang him this really funny birthday song. It went like this "This is your birthday song. It isn't very long." That was the whole song. Then, they walked off the stage because that was the end of the show. Even when they weren't necessarily taking volunteers from the audience they took suggestions from the audience. They asked for the name of a blockbuster movie with a lot of action so a little kid around 6 or 7 years old said "50 Shades of Gray." Everybody laughed. It was so funny. The only bad thing was that the audience was mostly filled with a bunch of little boys who no matter what they asked said pretty much the same things. The show was really funny, but I think it would have been even more funny if the audiences responses had been more varied.
Mom - What do I love about Improv4Kids? It is spontaneous. It is interactive. The cast is talented and no matter what you give them to work with they roll with it. Any member of the audience who wants to be a part of it is welcome whether they just want to make suggestions for sketches or whether they actually want to participate in a sketch. No two sketches are ever exactly the same. No two shows are ever exactly the same. The only thing that is the same is that it is always funny, and it is always entertaining. Once you've been there you'll definitely want to go back.
And that's our view. What do you love about improv?
