I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Kelly Miller Circus

We were given tickets to the Kelly Miller Circus for review purposes. Any and all opinions expressed here are our own based on our experience.
Me - Kelly Miller Circus, wow! I liked everything in this circus. It was really fun to watch, My favorite part was the dancing elephant. I also liked the tigers. One of them was really sassy. It kept putting it's nose in the air. It was really feisty. I actually loved all the animals. The dogs were so cute. The llama was so funny in its lifeguard outfit. I liked the woman on the trapeze. It was really cool that there was a woman who could fold herself up like a box. They had a ventriloquist who actually used volunteers from the audience as part of his act. That was funny. I didn't really like clown. He wasn't funny, and he didn't really look like a clown. I didn't really like the clown at the last circus I went to either. Do no circuses have clowns that look like clowns anymore? I wish I could have rode the elephant before or after the circus. I didn't really like that the circus was in a tent and not  a building. The ground was really dirty. I wish they could have put something on the ground to cover the dirt and then I wouldn't have minded. Of course, we were sitting on chairs and not directly on the ground, and the chairs themselves were clean. Just the bottom of my shoes got all dirty, and when I put my water bottle on the ground it got dirty too. Although this was not necessarily my favorite circus or the biggest, it was definitely a lot of fun to watch.
Mom- Kelly Miller Circus in someways is like other circuses I have seen.  However, what I liked about it was the things that made it unique. I loved the dancing elephant, Anna Louise. I I liked the female ringmaster, Rebecca Ostroff. She sets an example for young girls that they truly can do anything. I like the contortionist who doesn't even need to be in a box to squoosh herself down to the size of a box. I liked the ventriloquist who actually used volunteers from the audience in his act and made funny voices come from them. I liked when the clown took men out of the audience and made them dance. I liked that if you bought a package of peanuts and got a special ticket in it, you won a prize.  I never went to a circus that actually gave anything away before. The prizes were nice big balloons that had pictures in white on them of familiar circus things. We were lucky enough to win one. Unfortunately, it broke before we left the circus. However, even that didn't spoil our good time.  Over all, we really enjoyed the Kelly Miller Circus. There was a lot of like about it.
And that's our view. What is the most unique thing you have ever seen in the circus?

Tune in tomorrow for Funny Friday.
