I started this blog with one daughter, kept it up with the other, to spend time together doing something we enjoyed.
However, things change and people evolve. My daughters are older, busier, and not as interested in writing.
From now on this blog will be mostly mom with occasional contributions from my daughters and maybe even my husband.
Nothing else will change. We'll still focus on sharing fun places to go, fun things to do, and more, and we would  still love to hear your views too

Giveaway: Win a copy of Killing Vincent The Man, The Myth and The Murder in the Meowloween Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Meowloween Giveaway Hop

Halloween is a great time for a mystery. The most intriguing mysteries are not the ones that are written on the page or appear on a stage or screen, but those that happen in real-life. Will we ever really know who Jack the Ripper was or what happened to Amelia  Earhart? Most likely not. Many mysteries will remain unsolved forever, but that still doesn't make them any less fascinating.

Sometimes, even things that at first seem straight forward turn out to have an element of mystery. Everyone knows that Vincent Van Gogh killed himself, don't they? Maybe, not. According to I. Kaufman Arenberg, MD, Vincent Van Gogh may actually have been murdered. Dr. Arenberg has laid out his theory in his book Killing Vincent Van Gogh The Man, The Myth, and The Murder, and he makes a very convincing case. Read it and see what you think. To find out more, see our previous post Tips for Tuesday - Books: Killing Vincent Van Gogh The Man, The Myth, The Murder. Enter to win a copy below.
